DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

When DB2 Express-C is installed via the GUI install, the SAMPLE 
database is created. 
However, since the install processes are executed under the 
LocalSystem account, the creator of the database is the SYSTEM 
account. Thus, other users on the system, including the users in 
the local Adminstrator group do not have the authority to access 
the database, and can not be granted the access by any of those 
users.

Drop the SAMPLE database, and then manually re-create it by 
executing the db2sampl.exe command line.

Drop the SAMPLE db created during the v97ga EXPc install, and 
then create it again with the db2sampl.exe command line.
