Problembeschreibung:
When you try to Step Into a zV8 Stored Procedure using IBM 
Database Add-Ins, error message "The selected session manager 
does not support session manager. Select a connection to version 
9 or later LUW or z server" comes up.
Problem-Zusammenfassung:
Users Affected: All users trying to debug a db2 v8 z/os 
procedure using the Visual Studio Add-Ins 
 
Problem Description: 
 
Try to set local server connection in tools -> options -> 
Session Manager connection and click ok, error "IBM DB2 has 
stopped working" is displayed. 
 
If you don't set the values for session manager and leave it 
blank, and try Step Into for zV8 SP, error - "The selected 
session manager does not support saession manager. Select a 
connection to version 9 or later LUW or z server" comes up. 
 
Recommendation: 
 
Upgrade to DB2 v9.5 Fixpak 6 or higher.
