DB2 - Problembeschreibung

Problem IC72049 Status: Geschlossen

DB2 LOAD ZONEDDECIMAL OPTION ADDS SUPPORT FOR 0X3 AND 0X7 FOR POSITIVE AND
NEGATIVE HALF-BYTE SIGN VALUES RESPECTIVELY

Produkt:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problembeschreibung:
Currently, DB2 LOAD's zoneddecimal option only supports the
following half-byte sign values:

+ = 0xC 0xA 0xE 0xF
- = 0xD 0xB

But in ASCII-encoded environment, a zoned decimal number uses
0x3 and 0x7 for positive and negative half-byte sign values
respectively. This APAR adds support for 0x3 and 0x7 to support
such encoding.
