DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

Tests has shown that replaying deletes is much slower than 
replaying inserts on the same table using the 
SYSPROC.ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE procedure. 
The root cause is the WITH RR clause that is used during 
replaying of the rows. 
 
This apar will address this performance gap, by avoiding the 
need to use the WITH RR clause inside the ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE 
procedure. ( when used with the REPLAY option ).
