The following error message can be seen during ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE 
processing: 
SQL0901N  The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe 
system error. 
Subsequent SQL statements can be processed.  (Reason "Scan 
interface 
error".) 
 
This is seen due to the authid mistakenly being nulled while 
running ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE.

A workaround for this is to grant the binder of NULLID.AOTMH00 
the DBADM privilege, which will skip this code path.  The binder 
of the package can be found with the following statement: 
select char( BOUNDBY, 15)boundby, char(PKGSCHEMA, 15)pkgschema, 
char(PKGNAME, 15)pkgname, valid from syscat.packages where 
pkgname='AOTMH00' and pkgschema='NULLID'

This fix will resolve the issue with authid being nulled so that 
the ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE works reliably.
