DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

Compiling a SQL statement can fail with SQL0901N if the SQL 
statement is compiled with both Intra-Partition Parallelism and 
Inter-Partition Parallelism. 
 
The SQL0901N error message contains the following text: 
 
SQL0901N The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe system 
error. Subsequent SQL statements can be processed. (Reason 
"sqlno_smp_create_tq [100]:rc( 0) ".) SQLSTATE=58004

Disable Intra-Partition Parallelism by using one of the 
following methods: 
 
 
Set database configuration parameter DFT_DEGREE to 1. This has 
database-wide effect. 
Set special register CURRENT DEGREE to 1. This affects the 
current connection for dynamic SQL. 
Use the bind option DEGREE. This affects the application for 
static SQL.
