Instance may abend during execution of a query that contains a 
NULL constant equated with an atomic (non-function) expression. 
Specifically, following conditions need to occur for such a 
scenario: 
- Query contains at least 2 relational operator (RELOP) 
predicates 
- Both RELOPs need to be equality predicates 
- The NULL constant is used in both RELOPs 
- The other expressions used in both RELOPs are also atomic 
expressions 
- The data types of the other 2 expressions are incompatible

Ensure that the query is well-formed, since a query which has a 
NULL constant equated to anything will typically always be a 
false query, i.e., such a query will always return zero records.
