UTILITIES LIKE DB2EXPLN MAY FAIL WITH SQL0204N EVEN THOUGH OBJECTS EXISTS
IN DATABASE.

Problembeschreibung:
Utilities like db2expln may fail with SQL0204N  even though 
related DB2 objects exists in DB2 databases. 
 
For eg: 
 
$ cat f.sql 
select count(*) from v97inst3.test_<some_ascii_characters> 
; 
 
$ db2expln -d dbcs_db -f f.sql -z ";" -g -i -terminal
