DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

If 'ALTER SEQUENCE <sequence name> RESTART WITH <value>' 
statement was issued for the sequence then db2look utility does 
not generate 'ALTER SEQUENCE <sequence name> RESTART WITH 
<value>' statement for that sequence if the next sequence was 
not retrieved by 'NEXT VALUE FOR <sequence name>' statement 
since sequence was altered.

Retrieve value from the sequence with 'NEXT VALUE FOR <sequence 
name>' before using db2look if sequence was altered with 'ALTER 
SEQUENCE <sequence name> RESTART WITH <value>' statement.
