DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

db2pd reports incorrect bufferpool info under the "UnRdPFetch" 
(i.e. Unread prefetch pages"). 
 
ERROR DESCRIPTION: 
 
db2pd reports the UnRdPFetch info as "No victim buffers 
available".
