DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

Error SQL0104N may happen when called ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE, if the 
table had comment on it and in the comment there are quotations 
in it.

remove the comment from the table will workaround the problem.
