When capturing section explain information, the value of column 
SUBQUERY of the explain table EXPLAIN_PREDICATE may incorrectly 
be 'N' for some predicates.

A workaround is to select the following expression instead of 
selecting the SUBQUERY column directly. 
 
SELECT CASE LENGTH(TRIM(WHEN_EVALUATED)) WHEN 0 THEN 'N' ELSE 
'Y' END AS SUBQUERY FROM EXPLAIN_PREDICATE

Upgrade the DB2 Linux, Unix and Windows server to Version 9.7 
Fix Pack 7 in order for subquery predicates to be flagged 
properly for explain from section.
