DB2 CONNECT / DB2CONNCT / A10 - DB2

When unloading an AppDomain in which the IBM.Data.DB2 provider 
was loaded and used, an ObjectDisposedException is 
intermittently encountered:

This error has not been observed as the default AppDomain closes 
(at process shutdown).  Instead, this error has been observed 
only in programs which host AppDomains that are unloaded.
