| Problembeschreibung: |
When new file system paths are added to the filesystem which
already contains pre existing containers
on the same file system path for the tablespace, the free space
information from the file system is
pulled, and translated into a path-specific information. For
example, if 2 new paths are added to a
filesystem which already had 2 pre existing paths for the same
tablespace in the same filesystem, the new space estimation is
calculated
Total freespace / number of filepaths
And hence in this case it would be,
total freespace/4
which is incorrect, as this check is neglecting the fact that
only two out of these four paths are going to require
the freespace for the container creation, and hence may result
in SQL2094N |
