Delete statement without 'from' clause against a database created with Oracle Compatibility mode fails with SQl0313N when host variables are used in a CLI application. Example: Delete t2 where col1 = :1 and col2 = :2 [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/6000] SQL0313N The number of var iables in the EXECUTE statement, the number of variables in the OPEN statement, or the number of arguments in an OPEN statement for a parameterized cursor is no t equal to the number of values required.
