DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

In rare scenario casting XML atomic type into one of SQL 
character types may lead to severe exception, in the worst case 
scenario an instance can be brought down. FODC could be 
generated. This type of casting is used for example by XMLTABLE 
function. 
 
If stack is available, 
the sqlriXMLCastXsStringToSQLShortString function is present one 
of the first at the top of it.
