DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2

Not able to update V101fp2 to a later fixpack or special build 
and the installation takes user to Cancelled Installation Panel 
instead of displaying the messageBox "1: The DB2 Setup Wizard 
has detected that the Service Level of this installation is 
different from the installed DB2 copy being upgraded.  The 
Service Level of this installation is "IP23389_30276", whereas 
the installed copy of the DB2 being upgraded is "IP23389". 
Although this installation is from the same fix pack level, it 
might not contain fixes or features available in the currently 
installed copy of the DB2 product. Functionality could be lost. 
" on Windows 8/ Windows 2012.

Possible Workaround are: 
- Perform a Silent install/upgrade using a response file. 
- Install New and then update existing instance to the new 
installed level.
