Under rare scenarios, some queries might incorrectly produce a 
SQL0206N error message if the following conditions are met: 
1. The query involves a common table expression (CTE) 
2. The CTE has a fetch first n rows clause 
3. One of the columns of the CTE is also used as an input 
argument to a table function or scalar function.
