'PARAMETER STYLE GENERAL WITH NULLS' clause is extracted wrongly 
by db2look 
 
Procedures created with 'PARAMETER STYLE GENERAL WITH NULLS' are 
generated in the db2look output as 'PARAMETER STYLE GNRLNULL' 
which causes the create procedure command to fail.
