DB2BATCH MAY TERMINATE ABNORMALLY WITH SEGMENTATION FAULT

Problembeschreibung:
db2batch may terminate abnormally reporting a segmentation fault 
and/or generating a core file.  In some cases this may be 
influenced by settings in the environment such as that of the TZ 
environment variable,  but the triggering conditions may vary.

Local-Fix:
if the user environment uses extended TZ variable format (TZ = 
local_timezone,date/time,date/time) then exporting 
TZ=<local_timezone only> where running db2batch may prevent the 
crash.
