INCORRECT XML TEMP SUBTREE SIZE CALCULATION LEADING TO VARIOUS XML PROCESSING ERRORS
Produkt: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problembeschreibung:
Processing a large XML document that may require XML serialization can incorrectly lead to a variety of possible errors. This can happen if the XML document needs to be serialized internally by the DB2 server and it is stored in a temp table. Under specific circumstances, it may happen that a few bytes of a subtree in the xml document are incorrectly written out to the temp which can then lead to unexpected problems and errors when the document is reassembled from the temp storage. For example the errors may be : SQL0901N The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe system error. Subsequent SQL statements can be processed. (Reason "Unknown Node Kind.".) SQLSTATE=58004 During SQL processing it returned: SQL16129N XML document expected end of tag "VARIANTS". SQLSTATE=2200M
