Execution of db2val returns error DBI1338E. 
 
 DBI1338E The validation of instance DB2INST failed. Reason 
code=5. 
 
The log file of db2val will show failure for task 3: 
 
 Task   3 : Validating SYSADM authority 
 Status 3 : Failure 
 
This has been seen on Windows environments with instance owner 
and SYSADM group being defined in a Windows domain only.

Create local Windows group with same name as the domain group 
used for SYSADM and add the instance owner to this local group.

First fixed in DB2 Version 10.5 Fix Pack 5.
