IBM IDS ENTRP E / 5724L2304 / B15 - IDS 11.50

The FILETOBLOB/FILETOCLOB functions are not able to read fom 
named pipes. 
 
The LO handle is created but the blob/clob object has size=0. 
These functions should be able to read data from named pipes and 
pass it to a smart large object.
