SYBASE WRAPPER ON UNICODE FEDERATED SERVER DOES NOT RETURN CORRECT
REQUIRED LENGTH WHEN CONVERTING STRING CONSTANT

Problem description:
SQL0901 returned in Sybase wrapper on unicode federated 
server. 
Query does not return correct required length when converting 
string constant. 
Error text: 
SQL0901N  The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe 
system error. 
Subsequent SQL statements can be processed.  (Reason 
"sqlnt_add_constant 
[150]:rc(     0)                ".)  SQLSTATE=58004

Solution
Problem was first fixed in Version 9.7 FixPak 1 (s091114 ). This 
fix should be applied on the federation server.
