DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC61622 Status: Closed

UNABLE TO DROP TABLESPACE DUE TO TABLESPACE ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED.

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
After a tablespace is restored, tablespace could not be dropped 
as  tablespace access is not allowed and dropping a table inside 
the tablespace wll also return the below error. 
 
 
SQL0290N  Table space access is not allowed.  SQLSTATE=55039

Local Fix:
Issue a tablespace restore to bring the tablespace to normal 
state.
