DB2FMPTERM WILL SEGV IF ONE PARAMETER IS SPECIFIED.

Problem description:
db2fmpterm is unusable because it requires 2 parameters and 
currently accepts only one. The absence of the second parameter 
makes the program to fail: 
 
$ db2fmpterm 22775 9

Segmentation fault
