DB2 - Problem description

CLP DOES NOT UPDATE CLI CFG USING STATICMODE DISABLED

Problem description:
UPDATE CLI CFG does not work when user is trying to set the 
STATICMODE as DISABLED. 
 
Repro : 
db2 update cli cfg for section common using staticmode disabled 
 
SQL0104N An unexpected token "disabled" was found following 
"<identifier>". 
Expected tokens may include: "<identifier>". SQLSTATE=42601 
 
db2 update cli cfg for section common using staticmode capture 
DB20000I The UPDATE CLI CONFIGURATION command completed 
successfully.
