CONNECTION MANAGER DOES NOT COVERT A SECONDARY INTO A PRIMARY WHEN ITS LOSES CONNECTION TO PRIMARY IN DRAUTO=3 SETTING. |

| Problem description: |
The Connection Manager hung after logging the following -
17:44:11 DRAUTO=3 and CMSM detected an active primary in the
MACH11cluster
17:44:12 SCHAPI: Issued Task() or Admin() command "ha make
primary force". |

* connection manager for automatic fail-over of secondaries *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: *
* If DRAUTO=3, sometimes the connection manager will fail to *
* convert a secondary server into primary. *

* RECOMMENDATION: *
* Please upgrade to latest CSDK (CSDK 3.50XC6 and above) if *
* you have MACH11 environment and automatic fail-over *
* (DRAUTO=3) is set. *

| Solution |
This problem is fixed by adding the needed interface in
connection manager to invoke the secondary to primary fail-over
logic. The connection manager utility with this fix is part of
the CSDK 3.50xC5 bundle. |
