SERVER CRASHES IN SPRINTF() DURING REVERSION

Problem description:
During reversion, when the server fails to move the BLOB columns 
data in sysfragments, a crash occurs in sprintf() with the 
following stack:

Local Fix:
Solution
Problem first fixed in IDS 11.50.xC5. A new error message is 
added and the server will print out a proper message when it 
encounters the failure scenario.
