IMPORT WITH ANY INSERT OPERATION MAY BE TERMINATED IF SQL0437W RC=3 IS
DETECTED, ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE IGNORED.

Problem description:
When the IMPORT utility performs any INSERT operation, 
it may be terminated if SQL0437W is detected, although it can be 
ignored. SQL0437W RC=3 might be caused by the large and 
redundant primary key definition. 
 
SQL3015N  An SQL error "437" occurred during processing. 
 
SQL0437W  Performance of this complex query may be sub-optimal. 
Reason code: "3".  SQLSTATE=01602
