DB2 - Problem description

DB2HAICU NEEDS TO CONSIDER SPECIAL CHARACTER IN THE STRINGS.

Problem description:
Mount point container paths that have special characters on it 
will not be handled properly. Db2haicu will fail with errors in 
the db2diag.log indicating that the mount point could not be 
resolved.
