THE APPLICATION CANNOT BE FORCED OFF DURING THE LOCK ESCALATION. |

| Problem description: |
When the application is doing a lock escalation and user tries
to submit
db2 force applications all
db2stop force
the application is not forced off.
During the lock escalations, the applications cannot be forced
off and this is working as designed.
With this APAR fix, the application can be forced off even
during the lock escalation. |
