WHEN FABRICATING STATS FOR A TABLE WHICH HAS NOT HAD RUNSTATS PERFORMED ON IT, DB2 MAY TRAP |

| Problem description: |
When fabricating stats for a table which has not previously had
runstats run on it db2 can trap during that process with the
following stack.
