User mapping plugin header file (i.e. fsumplugin.h) is missing from the
include directory for V9.5 FP1 and later.

User mapping plugin header file (i.e. fsumplugin.h) is missing 
from the include directory for V9.5 FP1 and later. 
 
The user mapping plug-in will be shipped for the following 
supported platforms i.e. 
 
o AIX(R) 64 bit 
o Linux(R) AMD 64, Power PC(R), 64, Power PC 390 
o Microsoft(R) Windows(R), 32-bit and 64-bit
