MIN_DEC_DIV_3 DATABASE CONFIGURATION PARAMETER VALUE IS RESET TO DEFAULT
AFTER UPGRADE

Problem description:
The Min_dec_div_3 database configuration parameter value is 
reset to the default after upgrading the database from DB2 UDB 
Version 8.2 or DB2 Version 9.1.  If the configuration parameter 
was set to ON prior to the upgrade, it will be reset to the 
default, OFF.
