LOAD SPORADICALLY FAILING WITH SQL0294 ON CLIENT

Problem description:
Load sporadically failing with SQL0294 on client. 
The error message is misleading. The real error is: 
SQLAG_CODE_PAGE_ERROR 
Due to multiple processes/threads using the same static 
variables the NLS environment gets lost.
