DB2 REXX LIBRARY ON DB2 V9.7 DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY WITH OBJECT REXX ON AIX |

| Problem description: |
The DB2 Rexx library libdb2ar.so does not work with Object Rexx
on AIX. The library is compiled to only work with Classic Rexx,
and will most likely fail with the following error when using
Object Rexx:

Error message: 0509-022 Cannot load module
/home/db2inst1/sqllib/lib32/libdb2ar.so.
0509-150 Dependent module /usr/lib/librexx.a(librexx.o) could
not be loaded.

0509-153 File /usr/lib/librexx.a is not an archive or the file
could not be read properly. |
