INSTANCE ABEND WHEN SYSIBMADM.DBCFG ADMINISTRATIVE VIEW FAILS TO ALLOCATE ENOUGH MEMORY. |

| Problem description: |
If memory conditions are restrained and the SYSIBMADM.DBCFG
administrative view fails to allocate enough memory to holds
it's data. The error handling within the code will cause an
instance abend, rather than cleanly reporting the error back to
the user.
