DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description: | |
Workload management allows applications to be "queued". The application status for such applications in queued state is incorrectly shown as UOWEXEC. The application status could be displayed incorrectly by workload management, snapshot monitor, event monitor, and snapshot UDFs that have an application status element.

DB2 Version 9.7 Fix Pack 1 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows
Solution | |
With this APAR, the existing functionality has been enhanced to correctly reflect the status of a queued application as "UOW Queued", rather than "UOWEXEC". This fix affects application status reported in the following invocations -- 1) CLP list applications 2) CLP application snapshot 3) SNAP_GET_APPL_INFO_V95 table function and SYSIBMADM.SNAPAPPL_INFO administrative view 4) user programs calling the db2GetSnapshot api for generating application and applinfo snapshots
