DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2
Problem description:
Health Center may get SQL22201N error for user operation on
Health Center in the following condition.

The problem happens for the DAS having multiple instances and
each instances has individual admin_groups on the same Server.
It means that every individual admin user id has exclusive
access right for the each instance.

In that environment, the password should be prompted when the
operation is traversing to the other instance in health center
GUI depend on the authorization to instances.
However, the password is not prompted actually but SQL22201N
error dialog is displayed.
And the monitor object can be accessible after that.
