Problem description:
Abstract: XQuery or SQL/XML using "element",  "attribute" or 
"processing-instruction" at the end of XPath might issue 
unexpected sqlcode SQL16002N. 
 
Description: 
When user writes a XQuery or SQL/XML using "element", 
"attribute" or "processing-instruction" at then end of XPath, 
they might get unexpected sqlcode SQL16002N.
