DB2 - Problem description

DELETION OF FILES WITH NAME <INSTANCE NAME>.DB2TSXXXXXXXX IN /TMP
WOULD CAUSE DB2 TEXT SEARCH FAIL TO OPERATE

Problem description:
If user deletes the files with name <instance 
name>.DB2TSxxxxxxxx created by DB2 Text Search in the /tmp 
directory, DB2 Text Search will fail with the following error 
message. 
 
SQL20423N  Error occurred during text search processing on 
server "localhost" 
using index "unknown index". The error message is "CIE00301 
"Search services 
may not be active. ".  SQLSTATE=38H10
