THE JAVA JIT CRASHES DURING ITMA V6 INSTALL OF THE DB2 9.5 INSTALL ONTO POWER7. |

| Problem description: |
If you run db2setup for DB 9.5 and installed it successfully.
However, if you attempt to run the install.sh script from the
ITMA subdirectory fails because it contains IBM Java 1.5.0 SR5
bundled in with it. Basically, the scriptunpacks the JRE and
then invokes the license agreement and a Java class to handle
the remainder of the installation. |
