ERROR SQL0440N IS RETURNED WHILE COMPILING QUERY THAT HAS AN OR PREDICATE
ON USER DEFINED TYPE COLUMN

Problem description:
When compiling a query that has an OR predicate on User Defined 
Type column, the following error may be seen: 
SQL0440N  No authorized routine named "<=" of type "FUNCTION" 
having 
compatible arguments was found.  SQLSTATE=42884 
 
The problem is first introduced to v95fp4
