DB2 - Problem description

SECURITY APAR: MODIFIED SQL DATA table function is not dropped w hen
definer loses required privileges to maintain the objects.

Problem description:
For MODIFIED SQL DATA table function, if the definer of the 
function loses the required insert, update or delete privileges 
to maintain the objects, the table function wasn't dropped. 
. 
For example, revoking INSERT privilege on a table from the 
definer where the table function is depended on, the table 
function wasn't dropped
