DB2LEVEL IN DB2 9.5 FIX PACK 4A DISPLAYS VERSION AS FIX PACK 4, NOT 4A |

| Problem description: |
After installing DB2 9.5 Fix Pack 4a, db2level reports the
following output, displaying the Fix Pack version number as 4
instead of the expected 4a.
db2level
DB21085I Instance "db2insta" uses "64" bits and DB2 code
release "SQL09054" with level identifier "06050107".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v9.5.0.4", "s090728", "U827905",
and Fix Pack "4".
Product is installed at "/opt/IBM/db2/V9.5".
The PTF number reported is the appropriate PTF number for Fix
Pack 4a. And the db2ls command does correctly identify the Fix
Pack level:
/opt/IBM/db2/V9.5/install/db2ls displays:
/opt/IBM/db2/V9.5 9.5.0.4 4a
