DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC63961 Status: Closed

DURING DEACTIVATE DATABASE ON NON DPF SYSTEM A STMM MESSAGE
EVENT IS LOGGED REFERRING TO DPF

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
During deactivate database on both DPF or non DPF 
environments, the following stmm event message is logged: 
 
 
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, Self tuning memory manager, 
stmmDeactivateTuningIfNecessary, probe:1966 
MESSAGE : The self tuning memory feature has been 
deactivated because of  a configuration parameter change, 
because the database has been quiesced, or because the database 
has been deactivated on a DPF system. 
 
 
Because this STMM event is recorded while deactivate database 
in both DPF and non-DPF environment, the "on a DPF system" text 
from the above message will be removed.
