VARGRAPHIC COLUMN CAN NOT BE GENERATED WHEN LOCAL FEDERATION
DB IS NOT UTF8

Problem description:
When accessing Oracle tables with NVARCHAR2 data type, if 
database is GBK, then federation server will encounter the 
following error, but if database is UTF-8, then everything is 
ok. 
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT] SQL3324N  column  "CUST_DESC" type 
is 
"NVARCHAR2"

Solution
Problem was first fixed in Version 9.7 FixPak 1 (s091114 ). This 
fix should be applied on the federation server.
