DB2 - Problem description

STMM LOG FILE PERMISSIONS ARE SET TO 666 AND SHOULD BE 644

Problem description:
Currently the STMM log file permissions are at 666

The log file permissions should be set to 644.
Problem Summary:

Local Fix:
The STMM log file permissions can be manually changed to 644 but 
they will eventually be overwritten as the STMM logs are 
circular.

Solution
Change STMM log file permissions to 644. Since the log files are 
circular the logs files will be overwritten and their 
permissions set back to 666.
