TABLE OR VIEW THAT ALREADY APPEARS IN DOUBLE QUOTES

Problem description:
When you do the following sequence of actions: 
 
 1. Start Control Center. 
 2. Expand the Databases list and pick a database to connect to. 
 3. Expand the Tables folder or the Views folder. 
 4. Double click (or Open or Query) on any row in which the 
    table name or view name appears in double quotes. 
 
 
then you get an error which includes this text: 
 
 SQL0104N  An unexpected token """" was found following 
 
 
An example of the full text of an error message you might get is 
this: 
 
   com.ibm.db.DataException: A database manager exception 
   occurred. : 
   [IBM]{CLI Driver][DB2/AIX64] SQL0104N An unexpected token "" 
   was 
   found following "ELECT * FROM SYSCAT.". Expected tokens may 
   include: 
   "<space>". SQLSTATE=42601 
 
 
Table names and view names that appear in double quotes in 
Control Center include: 
- those which are reserved words, such as 
   SYSCAT."REFERENCES" or SYSIBMADM."PRIVILEGES", 
- those which include lower case letters.
